Apiculture Research Institute

​The institution was established as the Beekeeping Production Station Directorate with the decision of the Council of Ministers numbered 94/22149 on December 22, 1994. It was later converted to the Beekeeping Research Institute Directorate with the approval of the Ministry on May 30, 1995. With the Decree-Law numbered 639 dated June 3, 2011, it was transformed into the Beekeeping Research Station Directorate.

Aegean Agricultural Research Institute

Aegean Agricultural Research Institute which ensure the conservation and use of genetic resources in particular, aims to be an internationally recognized research institute by producing solutions to national and global agricultural and natural problems, primarily at regional level; carrying out projects in collaboration with country-region organizations and research institutes; reporting the results by educational- extensional activities and scientific publications at national and international level and consulting applications at application stage; carrying out projects especially on plant genetic resources, developing cultivars with high yield, high quality and resistance to biotic and abiotic stress conditions.​

Hazelnut Research Institute

Hazelnut Research Station was established in 1936 to improve hazelnut production in the Black Sea Region.​The Hazelnut Research Station duty ​area has been expanded as all hazelnut production areas since 1952. After the establishment of the poultry unit in 1955, The station took the Horticultural and Small Pet Station name​​ Land size, laboratory facilities, and technical personnel have increased since 1963, and has become a favorable environment for research studies.​ Leaf and Soil Analysis Laboratory, founded in 1982 recommended fertilizer to local producers. At the end of the reorganization work done in our Ministry in 1987, "Hazelnut Research Institute" was named.

Kadir Has University

​​​Kadir Has University (KHAS) was founded in 1997 in Istanbul. The university, with its five faculties (Art and Design, Communication, Economics and Administrative Sciences, Engineering and Natural Sciences, Law), is dedicated to becoming a leader in educational and cultural fields in Turkey and establishing itself as an international center for research and scientific development.

University of Malta

The University of Malta traces its origins to the founding of the Collegium Melitense which was set up through direct papal intervention on 12 November 1592. This college was run by the Jesuits on the lines of their other colleges established elsewhere and known as 'Collegia Externorum', catering for non-Jesuit students. By a papal Bull of Pope Pius IV, dated 29 August 1561, confirmed later by a further Bull of Pope Gregory XIII, dated 9 May 1578, the Jesuits were empowered to confer the degrees of Magister Philosophiae and Doctor Divinitatis. However, the foundation deed specified that besides Philosophy and Theology, other subjects such as Grammar and the Humanities should also be taught.
